Is There Any Benefit to Steam Rooms?

Is there any benefit to steam rooms? Steam seems to make me sweat more because i'm just getting wet. Amaninfred light's obviously better for a a building. So would you say sun is better than steameris es abolbout the lights? Y im infered, i'd say it's better than than steam. I u had more benefits, but heattinforet at the jim though, right?
