There's some common themes with our markets which I'll come back to, but the markets that we're active in. They all share a couple of common characteristics. One is they're very strong on the demand front. The demographics are gaining across the board. You have higher incomes and pretty significant rank growth when you look across those markets. That leads obviously to significant rank growth and, frankly, unfortunately, it leads to housing unaffordability.
