Is There a Seasonality in Paris?
The French have this wonderful sense that things are appreciated when they're rare. And there's a big emphasis on seasonal cakes much more so than here in the States don't you think? Absolutely, what is still true very much in Paris is that when you go to the market you will still only really find seasonal produce. The entire city you see people carrying around as though they're carrying febéricé eggs these perfect little boxes with tissue paper and like impeccable tiny strawberries inside.
