Anger Is a Sign of Your Desire
A lot of suicide is anger. Of often who kill themselves, often are doing it. It's an expression of anger at some one else, but turned in themselves. A friend had this really interesting symptom. She was standing a test that you had to breathe into your bag and then this bag would be sent and be analyzed. And her breath, her literally her inner her words, her inner thoughts, put into this bag could blow up a plan, destroying someone else and arresting and destroying herself. The idea of depression being it's depressing the anger, like r actually shoving down the it comes out as depression. There's boiling, you know, something boiling under the surface.
