Getting the Word Out About Your Bar and Restaurants

How do you get the word out? I mean, granted, i'm sure they see it just from some of the marketing press around the wards and everything else. That's a huge part of it. We can't be that person every time you need him assadors but we need to go and get a 20 minutes staff training at that incredible restaurant or at that incredible mixology lounge. Those people know spirit better than i do. If they're impressed and really like what we're doing, part of their job is to tell that story to their customers. Because that's what their customers want. They want a fine, fine thing, but they want to know where it came from and
