There's a chance that there may be some sort of development of loading, because things have changed even since i got certified 20, twentyye. I will say this, i think we're really, were really young in in this journey of learning and developing a movement system therre a lot of systems out there. Things are evolving, things are changing. But for now, the wall is our friend. Crawling on the ground as our friend. Mimicking the patterns of the most durable is really what we've been looking to do for the most part. Some of this may also be more benefit to somebody that already has a compressed themselves. Right o.
