Pulumi Executes Locally on Your Machine

Pulumi executes locally on your machine. So it's not like cloud formation where you just send it off to AWS and the execution happens in the background without you actually knowing what happening. Pulumi stores the way that the infrastructure is supposed to look in its state. And you can manipulate that state locally if you need to. You can run commands locally if you get issues or debugging problems. The errors that get thrown are thrown to you immediately local. It gets a much quicker feedback loop than kind of sending dispatching something off to cloud formation and kind of praying a little bit and hoping for the best. We have, I think, last count we had over 40 different providers and new ones
