How to Mitigate Customer Churn
Every churn scenario can be mitigated, I think, especially if you get the indicators early enough that you have runway to like recoup from it. Product has a massive part to play and everyone that touches the customer in my opinion has amassive part to play. We now have a weekly leadership meeting where every leader in the company is attending to go through at least like two accounts on a weekly basis that are indicating at risk. They're not necessarily churn, but like flags that we can get ahead of so that we're not having churn.
