What's Going on With These Pronouns?

The one thing about this language is that some of the explanations are a little bit spare. It's verbs don't seem to have any sort of agreement with the subject for me to even see if it's been conjugated. The proclitic... Virtually anything that he has that's proclitic has like two forms,. One for before a vowel and one for before a consonant. So yeah. And that makes sense with a lot of his aliphony stuff. You could think of it as those maybe started out free and then got glummed on.
