What's the Right Mix?
There is no perfect answer. Sales reps already now figuring out, which is they've been doing A.B. testing. You do want to mix it up because you don't know which one your ICP or your personas are biased. Sometimes your touches are intentionally not designed to actually convert. But at the end of the day, if I had 12 touches, and I'd probably send six phone calls and three social touches, that's more than enough.
