What's the Response to Higher Rates?

With interest rates creeping up and someone say, rising dramatically in some sense, but going up, that has slowed some of the demand. People have been sitting tight because their next option has been more expensive than they really get stomach. So what we're seeing from a demand perspective is part of what our conference we're talking about is the next wave of everything from foreclosures to people who haven't moved for two plus years. And then also trying to look at, okay, people do want to move.
