The Problem With Red Meat Is Not the Saturated Fat

The data show that unprocessed meat has a very limited hazardous ratio for diabetes or cancer on the order of about 1.13. Class test red meat though, has a much higher hazardous ratio. Half as much has a hazardous ratio of 1.51. It's the processing of the meat that leads to the cancer more than the actual raw red meat. And in addition, people think that the problem with red meat is the saturated fat. That has now been debunked.
