Health is not just physical. It's social, emotional, mental and spiritual. Think about right now what aspects of your health that might need some extra attention for this week. I did a post the other day and it was called fuck the scale. Sometimes when I feel my best, I'm actually my heaviest. For sure. As we know, it's always more than fat. Being out of like eat naughty food like 80, 20, 80, 20 diet, that is a really balanced approach. Like do you follow that as well? "I say I follow 80, 20"
