The Importance of Mathematics in Engineering
The result is that many engineering students end up getting or even pursuing jobs that don't require specialized mathematics skills. Most of the students they get employed in support services which are routine and it can be taught to do the same job irrespective of whether they had a good mathematical background. This in spite of the fact that it is an maths heavy subject but basically they are unable to link it because out of 2.5 lakhs technical job you are actually saying 1.8 lakhs, 30,000 goes to core engineering I leave it.
