How to Hire a New Manager for Your Business

My manager finished up a couple of weeks ago. So it hasn't been that relaxing, but I've got a new manager starting soon. My goal is to have the business run under management. Why did you lose the first manager was you naff, choosing the right person? Do you miss him? Yeah, I mean, we're still mates. We still get along and catch up for a beer. He actually still does help me out in the business at time. There's no hard feelings on anyone's part.
