When I think about weight management and a plant-based diet, I think about volumetric eating. And what I mean by that is plant-based foods are just naturally lower in calories. So we tend to see people feel hopefully fuller with all that fiber intake, but not eating as many calories. Those on the plant- based diet tend to have leaner BMI's.
