All Boats Would Rise in the Neoliberal Age
The idea that there would be no losers in the neoliberal age was always a fiction. But because of a certain healthy level of economic growth, which prevailed for a significant period of time, that was hidden and camouflaged. The inequalities become manifest within industrial nations of the west, within britain, within america, within france, within germany. And part of the populous outcry we've seen in those countries over the last ten years is a reflection that this kind of inequality hasn't had been hidden.
