Climate Club - Is There a Price on Carbon?

The climate club is an effort to co operate amongst countries that account for a substantial of global emissions. It really depends on all of them accepting the idea that there needs to be a price on carbon, says Andrew Hammond. There are some very useful things they could do talk about how to decarbonize more effectively,. And the other thing they have to do, from the trade rule standpoint, which would be constructive, is to sort out subsidies - because there's a lot of subsidies that are contrary to rules.
