It's better to be really, really good on one channel than mediocre across everything. Establish content user fit, content channel fit and you know that you can leverage that channel to drive results. Then you move on to the next one. Every situation is going to be different. But I think if you're small, one and then many, but if you are large and you already have a brand presence, you have to start at scale trying to crack excellence across all of those channels.
