The Importance of Having the Right Staff
I think that's something that over the years of doing this role that I've, it's become more and more paramount to me is finding the right staff. Whether that be a really enthusiastic person who is coming out of one of our internship programs or whether that's a season coach who has good coaching experience. Having a bit of all those different people in your team is really important. Even at the school space to kind of have a well-rounded coaching team and stuff. And then there's also someone who might have all the technical knowledge and they're great with the technology side of things.
