The Future of the Archive
Munamuto from the Congi people of Cameroon, Jibrill Di of Mambete. And Usmellie Senbene, his film Mandabi which I think has been showing here in recent years. Because it's one of the first African films to be made in an African language. That was quite important at the time. You got a British Independent Film Awards, jury prize for the work on this and you said you want to protect it. Is its future secure now? Its future. We've never had any major funding until this moment. But what we've had up to now is project funding. So we haven't been able to employ staff.
