I think we make a very good case for our dead lift teaching method. And i don't think that anybody else's got a, got a better way to do it than we did. Go deadlift with your butt high in the air and uncomfortable. You'll add 30 pounds to your dead lift to day. The bar comes off the ground when your hips are in the right position.
