Vladimir Zelensky's Address on Ukraine's Infrastructure
There is tension, as we've talked about in the past, between Russia and China at present. And this is deemed as a good moment in which to vocalise that. The world should also advocate that when nuclear weapons cannot be used, a nuclear war cannot be waged in order to prevent a nuclear crisis. It'll be really interesting to see if there are any comments that come out of the oil of Shultz and Xi Jinping summit or meeting on this regard.
