i just think that it takes a while to build your reputation. We talk aboutr what's in a name all the time, and jennie's one of our values as put your name on it. A name is more than what's youre drivers. And yes, some companies and some businesss can can plaster that all over and we'll all believe it,. But even those companies sometimes, i mean, there's different kinds of companies... You can market yourself to a name recognition that doesn't translate at all into sales or any kind of extra.

Jeni Britton Bauer is an American ice cream maker and entrepreneur. Jeni opened her first ice cream shop, Scream, in 1996, then founded Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams in 2002. Her first cookbook, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams at Home, is a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller and won a coveted James Beard Award in 2012. Jeni is a 2017 Henry Crown Fellow and has been recognized by Fast Company as "one of the most creative companies in the world."
