The Mouse and Key Set
Christina Engelbart's father invented the first computer mouse in 1964. It was meant to be used with a device called a key set, controlled by your left hand. The idea was that you could do almost everything without moving your hands back to the keyboard. Christina visited her father at his home where he and collaborator Bill English built the first prototypes of the mouse.
