When it comes to procrastination, you have to be willing to do hard things. One of the best lessons i've learnt when it came to me recovering from my medical struggles is i have to get a lot of exercise. I would not probably do my physical therapy and my training if i hadn't created a system that makes it doable. And i marry the thing that's uncomfortable with thing that's that's tolerable.
