Using Immersion as a Strategy to Learn a Language

The better you speak that language, the more likely they are to respond to you in that language. So i think with immersion, it sounds sort of like a magic i'll just go to japan, and once i'm there, i'll just learn japanese. It is probably more difficult than that. And if you do it right, it can be a great way to develop a high level of proficiency in a language.
