Don't Kill Yourself Over Something So Stupid as Money

I've been wanting to do a show on don't kill yourself over something so stupid as money for a while. What I beg of you is do not become despondent. Here's my answer. Number one, cry. Have a good cry. Be angry. Embrace the emotions of the moment. Acknowledge the emotions. Then with a column head, come back and study your options  and see if anything can be recovered. Can you get your money out? Can you hedge your bets in some way? Can you take? Can you minimize your risk on the rest of your portfolio? The most important thing is exercise and sunlight and relationships. Go for a walk, go
