Prasad: I think there are a few forces that are really exciting. One is that we now have through AI and ML the capability with these large language models to help us decipher and understand more meaning from non quantitative data. The second part is that I think you will have the opportunity to have much more personalization around these products. On the flip side, when addressing his concerns about the future of the field, Prasad focused on the ethical and responsible use of people analytics.
