The Break Between VIA and Karanza
Despite the break between VIA and Karanza, revolutionary leaders were still trying to resolve their differences. So they made an agreement in the Treaty of Torreon and they met at August Calientes 5th of October, 1914. The debate at this meeting was won by the VIA and Zapata supporters. They split into two factions who insisted that they should follow the plan of Guadalupe and restore the Constitution.
