It's still less dense than you would find in many other cities and downtowns. Part of that strategy is to attract technology start ups. I asked ed glazer, what kind of start ups downtown vagas should be thinking about. If there was some tek cluster that you could clon or import or steal a what kind of teck cluster would it be? i can't imagine that that has any energies with los vegas.
