In the mid 90s, like gluten-free is, I mean, now doesn't exist. It's not a thing. So you really had to make your own stuff. And so many times when I would be sitting in restaurants hungry and then order a bunch of appetizers or try and fill up, it was a really unpleasant experience. That's when I thought I really want to make something that I can bring when everybody's eating bread and butter to have something.
