The Reactiveness of Developers

I was once in a not quite that similar situation, but I can something similar where I also have to be very very clear because I don't want to step on anybody's toes. This month we are talking about Docker deep dive and the book we're reading by Nigel Poulson. That's February of March, April and May, we're going to be doing the pragmatic programmer.
