I hadn't even thought they could come back the next day. No one in this series is really thinking outside of the task because it's a new thing, because they've not seen the show before. It's a true control experiment in that you are seeing people's true personalities and how they would actually do things. They're not operating in a world where taskmaster exists. All true.
