What's the Gap for Jusic That Forever Separates Psychoanalysis From Buddhism?
Jusic says the point is not to discover one's true self, but to accept that there is no self. To access reality it means giving up this false view of the self. So like fundamentally reality is like our experience of reality is an illusion. But then to some extent, this could sound like psychoanalysis. Like the self as an illusion, as our desire is somehow involved and aren't happy in us, for instance.
