I think that when you look at the start of college, I think you're making profound life decisions based on the limited data points. You know, like I remember choosing your career in sales because some professors like, oh, you're a really good presenter and I absolutely hated it. And so, when we just sort of say like, this ex leads to why formulaic thing, it also takes away so much of the nuance around who we are. If you had just one other quality that you have, instead you're much probably better in terms of not that particular sales piece, but engaging with people rather than closing that deal.
