Is HBO Going to Merge With HBO?
The Wall Street Journal reports this morning that Warner Bros. Discovery has just flat-out blinked. Michael Nathanson with us who wrote a brilliant note on Disney a number of days ago, but we've been overcome by the news flow. We always question. It's just such a hodgepodge of content. But it doesn't solve any of the problems which is that linear is declining rapidly. And there's not a big enough solution to offset that decline in linear economics.
