Is Big Pharma the End All Be All for Healing?
The patenting of these medicines is really, I don't know whether they call it evil, but it certainly created this perverse incentive system. The medical or the pharmaceutical industry isn't incentivized to choose the low cost potentially better option at the end of the day. So sure they should have good moats and be able to profit from that. But when that process is the end all be all for healing, that's the problem because we're completely reliant on that process for healing.
