Deep Learning - Is There a Best Practice for Mitigating Risks?
Percyam: Openness and transparency is something i think is really sorely missing to day. Weow a lot of organizations are addressing the same issues around we talked about safety and misuse, but sort of, theres not a rated agreement on what is the best practices. So i think what would be useful is to developa community norms around nor what is safe, or what a best practices for mitigating some of these risks.
