The Right and Left Hemispheres of the Brain

Animals have one part of the brain that's focused on obtaining things that it needs in another part just this broad vigilant awareness. All birds, mammals and primates solve this problem by having two separate hemispheres. In humans our left hemisphere went on to develop descriptive language thoughts we allowing us to make sense of our experience. We can connect with each other via words and ideas but right brain works in the background always vigilant observing the world communicating its needs to us not by thought so much as by feelings and emotional impulses.
