Some changes can be made informally by speaking to your child's teacher or teachers. An i e p plan, at least here in new york where we're practise, in practising, can have ten pages, 15 pages. The five o four plan does not have goals. It simply states what accommodations your child is going to get. A lot of them aren't clearly written, so the child has a reading problem.
