A lot of herbs are listed in medical books as you're saying, like they're to provoke the men'sies there to get the period going. So can't really see it was a bad thing if you were just trying to get the flow going. There's kind of like form of plausible deniability there as well, because they know that you should be having men'sies. And then that and also menstrual blood will like rot crops and if a woman who's menstruating looks at you, you might be cursed. But it's still kind of like generally agree that it's something that should be happening.
