What's the Ti?
I do a lot of academic reading, mostly journal articles and things like that. And then occasionally i get to read something that's kind of for leisure and kind of related. I just read a book by gretchen reuben about habit change but at the same time she was unpacking some really interesting ideas about a personality. Just kind of knowing some of our tendencies can help us a change habits.
