When We Receive Critique, We Think It's a Mob

Sometimes when we receive criticism, we think it's a mob. Most of them are entirely indifferent to me. And so there say that turtle instinct says, i want to get unknown to everybody cause people aren't safe. That really isn't true at all. It's just that something happened that hurt your feeling. So t actually askd i say, let me know who the everybody is so i can apologize to them and find out how i could do a better job. To be open to that, and then for me not to be spreading those things. But i could back stop things. I guess i'm not going to be theo one that's going to be ppetuating.
