I actually had a trama experience because of that, and i can i i went into a chemical depression like i have never experienced in my life. And it's the only way, at a foundational level, that you can experience this. We need to recognize that there is a genetic to this. For others, there is a level of trama or unmet basic needs that need to be met before you are going to be able to move through this.
