Hope Is the Worst Thing in the Box
I had always understood that hope was like this thing that was stuck in that box and came out and made it bearable. But it seems like the telling of the story is that hope is like the worst thing in the box. And thank God, Pandora, got it shut, because hope is what keeps you in the suffering or something like that. That's what I'm saying. There's so many similar areas where he tells her, well, this is like, I guess Old Testament is maybe more similar. When I think of the forgiveness and the gentleness of the New Testament, it's just not what I'm seeing in these gods. Their sense pretty badly.
