The Difficult Future of Agriculture
The three industries that we covered food semiconductor and energy may be able to adjust in the short term to a dwindling water supply. But even though many have robust water policies and oversight on their water usage there are limits to what can be done. It might be that certain industries will no longer be viable in areas that experience decades long droughts. The problems are likely to mount as the world continues to get hotter.
