Pascal Siakom is an unrestricted free agent at the end of this season. If he makes an all NBA team next year then he is eligible for a designated veteran extension which would pay him $290 million over five years at the most. He's right now, he's eligible for a four year $192 million extension. The question becomes how much money do you want to commit to a team that might not necessarily be anywhere?
