The Importance of Norms in the Classroom

When you're very young, it's hard not to be influenced by people. People are looking for the approval of their peers. This doesn't work flatly in university across all children equally,. It's just a big impact in the classroom. Now that problem can also be one of our ways out. If we can create new norms, then we'll create something which children will gravitate towards and aspire to because they believe this is how you achieve a theme.
