The Toughest Design Project

The American Red Cross one was quite challenging because there aren't many things like this in the world. The toughest design project, we are working on a project now that I think falls into the category called wicked projects as in impossible. What do you think most companies can do in person individuals to be question-oriented? Once they hire themselves, people train them.
